Very Good Services!

This is my second time with ERA first time being in May 2014, a 15 day trip to Vietnam - Cambodia, and in Nov 2023 was 05 day Laos visit...both perfectly organised from airport pick up to departure.
The hotel quality was good.... surpassed our requested needs...all well city centre located with good breakfast and comfortable and of local touch...no international chain hotels.
The tour guides were excellent , well qualified with good English communication skills n knowledgeable..and could answer any questions about the country be it education, economics etc .. and super punctual.
The transportation was excellent comfortable and drivers skilled...
Mai the big boss is always available for communication...in case of any problem... remember once in Vietnam we had some issues with fowl smell in the hotel plumbing system...she immediately shifted us to another hotel.
Our internal air flights were also booked by Mai's team.
Now with so much more experience she is really perfect.
Cost wise also comparative and best...

It was a great trip. Well organized. Everything was as per the itinerary . We had a blast. Just a caution for Indians traveling by road to Cambodia from Vietnam. Try and do your visa 5 days in advance to have hassle free border crossing. All the best ERA agency and Mai.

We loved the trip we took with Mai's outfit earlier this year. She and her team took care of every little detail and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the great cities of Vietnam. We were two retired couples (in the sixties) travelling Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia for 3 weeks, all perfectly arranged by ERA. The triptook us from Vientiane to Luang Prabang with one days private trip on Mecong, Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoy An, Saigon and Siem Reap. ERA took responsibility for all transport and a guide at every stop, as well as all lunch and dining places and hotels. It was excellent, precise and quality. It was a tailor made trip for just 4 people. I have travelled world wide with my job, - but this is one of my favorite regions, - friendly people, interesting history, nature and culture. ERA provided an experience we will never forget. 
Vacation to experience the history and culture of Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia. Had been there for business, but wanted a private and personal experience.
